I did not stay long at the excellent pom pushka restaurant in Lida. The service is disgusting. There are half-dried donuts on dirty trays. Each time kindly asking:,, maybe there is at least something warm? ", a girl with a stony face and a look,, you should go from here" answers:,, NO! ".Often there is no one in the institution at all. I stood there... on a weekday with a cup of coffee in the hope of buying at least a not-quite-fresh donut, soon there were 3 of us, BUT we did not wait for the seller. After repeated cases of such a "service", in principle, I do not want to enter this institution.
There are few donuts in the window for 2 hours before closing time
They wanted to take a box, they told us that it was impossible because they would not cook and the choice was only the one on the window
The service is terrible
In 2 hours, what can't you make donuts funny
The most lame service
is 0/100
I was very pleased with the opening of this institution in our city, but I was very disappointed with the service. With a small queue (4 people), you stand for at least 40 minutes. The employee (tall) shows with all her appearance how she is not satisfied with the work (there was a case that, turning away from the buyer and sending it), does everything as slowly as possible, but rolls her eyes very quickly and very often from the whole situation. Other girls are running, trying to do everything quickly and efficiently.
Everything is cooked in a mess, in Minsk, every time a new batch of donuts is served, the tray is washed, nothing is washed immediately. The uniform of the employees is all dirty, although I think that they are still presenting the institution and at least the cashier's uniform should be clean.
Of the advantages, only delicious donuts.
