I have bought Flowers here more than once, and I am very happy! Florist Victoria is very sociable,careful in her work, it is a pleasure to buy flowers from her. The compositions are always gorgeous, the flowers are fresh, they cost 4 weeks, super, I recommend it!!!!

I wanted to buy flowers, there were 30 minutes left before closing, there was a receipt of the goods. I asked if I could buy flowers. To which they replied in a disgusting tone, "you don't see, I have a receipt for the goods, I still don't know anything myself." I asked, "should I wait or can't I buy today?", to which I was successfully ignored.
If you don't know how to work with clients, don't take it.

"Bouquet" 45 rub."Best quality" "FRESHEST FLOWERS" and this is not the first time they sell this stuff.. under the guise of the freshest flowers! Price-quality without comments. There is no point in calling somewhere to complain, they have only one answer, they cannot be exchanged or refunded! 👎
