I really liked everything, and the interior of the women's hall, the interior, air conditioning, comfortable and beautiful furnishings of the hall, the girls from the staff are very attentive and friendly, the kitchen is on top. (the mutton just melted in my mouth). At our request, mint leaves were added to the amazing cool compote. The price tag is above average, but it's worth it.

It's just a delight!!! I've never eaten a better kebab! Loin, Bikin, rolls, grilled vegetables, delicious gouge soup and baklava with tea. The prices are very adequate, the quality is excellent. Beautiful hall, comfortable sofas. Definitely yes to the visit!

I was extremely dissatisfied with this institution!
The reasons are as follows, bend your fingers:
1) there is a paper menu and there is an electronic one. Everything would be fine, but the assortment varies. And not only that, but more on that later;
2) the toilets are of average cleanliness, but what obviously did not like was the "liquid soap" in a plastic jar. I put quotation marks because it was a long time ago with soap, and now water has been poured in there, apparently to use the remnants of soap on the walls of the jar. As a result, almost nothing is washed, because you squeeze water on your hands;
3) The waiter does not understand Russian well, so they brought us something with the order that we did not ask for.
We immediately indicated that there is something that was not in the order, we will not. And pay for it too. The waiter said something, left and did not come up to us anymore.
4) we ordered a shish kebab, I really asked that the pieces be without chicken (without fat), only meat. But, as you already understood, the waiter does not understand Russian well, so on my skewer, where there are only 4 pieces of meat, one piece was completely made of chicken, and there was also a bone and 1 piece partially with fat (the rest of the pieces are normal).
5) they asked for black tea with lemon. They brought us a teapot with so much lemon in it that the tea turned light and was sour.
6) they asked for potatoes in a rustic way. They brought it small and burnt. And the sauce for the barbecue is an ordinary ketchup.
7) Next, when we were billed, the uncooked dish was taken into account + the price for some items turned out to be higher than that on the menu.
Another waiter came to check us out. Firstly, we repeated that we would not pay for a non-existent order, and secondly, we indicated the difference in the amount in the receipt and in the menu. To which we were told that the menu was outdated.

We said that we would pay in proportion to the price indicated on the menu.
The waiter went to look for the senior manager, whom we also had to wait for.
The senior manager admitted an error in the amount and recalculated everything. I also did not take into account what we did not order. But then comes the negative point number 8.
8) tips. Here, in restaurants, tips from 10 to 20% are immediately added to the bill.
If I were a senior manager, I would not take this point into account, because the service was worse than ever. But this amount was calculated for us...
we paid a tip and left this place as soon as possible.
Judge for yourself, but the level of service is very low.
I definitely won't go any further and, for my part, I won't recommend it.
