One disappointment in this bank, they write 14% on the deposit, but they count as 13%., I called them at the office in Minsk, and asked why they were cheating, to which they replied to me, we consider it beneficial for the bank. In general, I do not recommend this bank, think before putting your money in this bank.

Very pleasant service, I applied for a car loan, specialists helped me get a loan and notified me of the positive decision of the bank. A pleasant and quite cozy office, branded chocolates in the workplace raise the mood) the only thing I didn't like was that you can't lower the rate on an existing loan, since it has decreased for new customers, but not for existing ones ... it's a shame..I had to register with another bank and cover the expensive loan with a cheaper one.

Friendly and helpful staff, attentive and highly qualified specialists. There is an electronic queue, there are waiting areas (soft and comfortable ottomans). The strict style of the room is decorated with artificial greenery (I want a live one). I really like it.
