Several thousand dollars were paid, but the developer did not receive any funds. They contacted the police. A criminal case has been opened in Russia against the owner of the agency, Shingareev - he owns the Dan Dubai and Top Address agencies. The connection has stopped coming out. Be careful.

You buy real estate in an agency in installments, this money is NOT TRANSFERRED to the developer, but appropriated for yourself. He deceived a lot of Russian citizens and disappeared.
