I dry-cleaned a feather pillow with a sewing filling from my fabric. I was worried because I had a sad experience earlier - in another dry cleaner a couple of years ago, the feather pillow turned to stone after cleaning. Here, I was bribed by the friendliness and responsiveness of the staff, because I asked probably a dozen questions. Everything was answered, everything was explained. Bottom line: a job well done! Soft, fluffy, updated and clean pillow :)
