I was pleasantly surprised.
But history remains history and heritage, and vandalism and unnecessary aggrandizement are a good example to other former republics of the USSR.
As they say: "For the memory of future generations."

The architectural splendor is a mixture of the Soviet style and the fine work of local master architects, under the monument there is a cool room for the local elite))).
