I have always treated this trading network with respect. But on 06/18/2024, my wife and I very "successfully" entered an institution near the Brigantine.
The girl who worked in the bar on the veranda first tried to weigh down (she did not lose the weight of an empty container on the scales), then tried to pretend that she had dropped it, but still did not lose it. In response to a repeated request to reset the weight, she cursed through her teeth. Moreover, I note that it weighed down not only me, but also the previous buyer, who did not notice this.
When it didn't work out with the "body kit", she tried to cheat me (she threw about 2.5 rubles at the price). When that didn't work out either, she cursed a second time, louder. But there were no apologies for the body kit and the shortfall.
Then we sat down at the table. I agree, our joint is that we did not specify whether it is possible to finish what we took from KFC. To be honest, after such a service, I did not want to communicate with this person at all, I went to buy a second portion of beer at the store itself, which had a veranda. But the girl could have said right away that she couldn't have her snack. We would not break the rules of the establishment because of such nonsense and would take a local snack. In fact, the girl with the claims did not come up immediately, but only 15 minutes later, having received a scolding from another bartender for her behavior (whom I asked what happened and why your employee was behaving like that). Decided to take revenge? She began to demand 15 rubles, without justifying where this figure came from.
Not wanting to break the rules of the establishment and especially not wanting to communicate further with this inadequate person, we left, although initially we planned to collect additional snacks, take another beer and sit for a while.
The service in this store was very vividly reminiscent of the Soviet pub from old movies.
As long as there are such staff, don't set foot in this place!
P. S. I can't say anything bad about other establishments of this network, only good things - the staff is adequate, friendly everywhere, they will answer all questions in detail, they will always recommend something. The rooms are tidy, the prices for beer and snacks are also acceptable. I hope that what happened is an isolated incident.
