I came to your place in the morning to have breakfast. I know that you have delicious breakfasts! Vlad's waiter came up to me, I clarified where the breakfast stump was, the girl said that they did not have breakfast. To my question, why? The waiter has already responded unkindly and said: Well, because we don't have them!
I think, well, OK, maybe the person hasn't had enough sleep yet.. Next, I placed an order and asked Vlad to have the dish hot and without lumps, as I had already encountered this problem.
The waiter did not tell me, okay, I will tell the cook, but began to openly argue with me and prove the opposite to me. And she was talking to me from behind!! From the back!!!
Do I understand correctly that this is how you train your staff???? To accept an order without looking at the customer's face?
Even when I asked for the bill, your receptionist Svetlana shouted at me from the bar across the room: by card or in cash? I replied with a card. She brought me a receipt without a terminal, then turned around and left with a dissatisfied face. After a while, she returned with the terminal, but without the receipt. I asked you to show me what I have to pay for. Where's the receipt? To which Svetlana informed me that she had brought me a check. I say, where's the check now? You give me a terminal and wait for me to pay, but I don't see my account! What am I paying for? The girl left, brought me a check: and then I blew up. To be honest, I used foul language because the behavior, attitude and facial expressions of your staff forced me.
After payment, I asked the administrator for the phone number of the management, she informed me to communicate with her. As a result, I was not provided with any contacts. Further, after paying the bill, I was not given a check!!!! When I asked where my receipt was, your receptionist shouted at me from the bar that she had given everything to me! But I was in my right mind and there was no Check on the style. She just didn't give it to me. After I asked 2-3 more times where the check was, she brought it to me and said with maximum sarcasm: your check, come to us again! All this was watched by some guy who was sitting all this time and had conversations at the bar with the receptionist!
Next, I asked for a book of complaints, they gave me first for banquets, then they gave me another one. I left a review with you, I think I forgot to subscribe!
As a result: guys, I am SHOCKED by this attitude of your staff! Do you follow the process at all, management???
Why are your employees behaving like this???? Especially the administrative staff???
When I buy shawarma, I am served 100 times better ... hello???? Are you a fucking restaurant? They recruited collective farmers to work who do not know the basic ethics of communicating with people, I'm not talking about customer orientation!

Everything is fine: the lunch is delicious, the meat is available, it was brought promptly. Everything is fine on the menu too (although there was no mutton tokana) I recommend it!
A great place for gatherings!!!! and the national dishes, I just recommend them to Everyone, especially those who are the first in Tiraspol, when I come I always go there
The kitchen is completely ruined! The placinds are half-cooked, it is better to keep silent about the meat, hominy looks like grout. Where are the normal chefs!?!? Fired!?!? Well, eat for yourself, a lot of people have left you.

Everything was very good.The only negative, if you can call it that, is that few wines are presented in glasses.More and more bottles.But, as I understand it, this is a feature of all Moldovan establishments.I don't give five stars to anyone in principle, as there is always a place to go.
