How everything has changed...! I served military service at this enterprise in 190 litas in 1968-70. The service was very interesting, challenging and useful. The head of the laboratory was Major Sazonov, the commander of the unit was Lieutenant Colonel Manis, and the foreman was Ensign Nikrashevich. What kind of PEOPLE they were! I still smell them and remember them only with kind words. And in general, the people of Belarus are wonderful, kind, and responsive. I had to travel a lot on business trips all over the republic and everywhere I met only kind people. It's a pity that I can't find anyone who served here. There is nothing at all about those who served in this military unit, and the unit's honor book has not even been published. I was included in it in 1970 - Garchev S. N. I will be glad if the relevant service opens a page on the official website of the plant about those who served, worked and built the foundation of the plant.
Sincerely, former employee of military unit 28163.
