Non-compliance with the terms of the contract! The kitchen was poorly assembled after 4 months! Everyone is throwing arrows at each other, as a customer I am not interested in the fact that you have a lot of orders and you cannot assemble my kitchen for which you have paid a lot of money according to the terms of the contract!
Terrible quality, you can see it in the photo! They forgot to make hidden drawers, they made a cabinet of the wrong size, holes for shelves were made incorrectly, magnets are glued crookedly, and it takes time to fix all this! And the most shameful thing is that the kitchen assembler, in response to my remark that a white shelf was scratched inside and there were minor defects inside the facade (they were carrying the kitchen in a van, neither the facade nor the shelves protected it from friction, the shelves were in the closet), suggested COVERING IT ALL with PAINT as if nothing had happened! Traces of glue are visible on colored dark facades! There was a contract for connecting one line of LED strips - the assemblers told us that we were not electricians, and as a result, no one connected it!
The collectors are Serbs... not everyone knows Serbian so that they can be confused like us, perhaps the Russian customers would swallow it.
Thank you for just one thing - thank God they replaced that terrible colored facade that was covered in glue!
