I applied to the point of sale, where, unfortunately, an unprofessional specialist worked, who does not know how to work out marriage situations.
She talked rudely to me, did not offer to sit down, did not tell me about the solutions to the problem, buried herself in her PC and phone and was silent for a long time without explaining anything.
As a result, the money was returned, they did not offer an alternative for the product in stock, although I myself voiced this option. They tried to lecture me and sent me away with all the contents of the bag in my hands, without even putting a package in it.
It is a pity that the brand is losing customers due to the incompetence of an employee. After such a service, I do not plan to purchase any more products of this brand.
An arrogant boorish woman works in the store.. He never says hello.. nothing can tell you.. He looks at me with contempt..
