Why didn't anyone email me? (as stated in their regulations) why didn't anyone call me? ... they wrote to me on a non-existing WhatsApp account and then decided to cancel the order! The level of professionalism is 100000000.
And I have something to compare it with, I've been ordering on china for 5 years now, and in 5 years I haven't even had a single such case.
This is not the first time I have visited this store. I always find something interesting for myself. Helpful and friendly staff. I especially want to thank the employee Tatiana. She helped me choose a beautiful image and oriented it by size. I will definitely come back again🤓🌷
