We stayed in Dubai in March 2025 at the Marina View hotel apartments. The rest was great. The day of departure from the hotel was approaching and the most interesting thing began here. The day before departure, RuStar should have sent us
an email about the transfer time. But there is an irresponsible Nadezhda working in this company, who simply did not respond to our messages, completely ignoring us. We had to contact our tour operator in Kazakhstan, who in turn developed a rapid activity and was told the time of our departure from the hotel. And we didn't even get a message the next day. Our tour operator in Kazakhstan started bothering the RuStar office again and only after that they sent a message to WhatsApp about the arrival time of the transfer. I really didn't like Agent Nadezhda's attitude towards tourists. I would really not like this company to cooperate with companies from Kazakhstan. There is no reliability. And this is the main thing in a foreign vacation.
We arrived in Dubai on 04/23/2025, waited exactly 2 hours at the airport for other people to greet us, although there were 10 of us, such an economical company that it could not meet tourists with dignity and take them to hotels.excursions are 2-3 times more expensive than on touristino . We went into a margherita , it was all dirty , someone was eating bread rolls on the seats and they didn 't even shake it off . A Russian-speaking guide was supposed to meet him, but he wasn't there. We drove in silence. And this is just the beginning. Our guide Lyudmila does not answer calls or text messages at all. If you want a ruined vacation, then you're welcome. But I don't recommend this company to anyone for a vacation.
We bought a sightseeing tour of Doha (Qatar) from the welcoming party "RUSTAR QATAR" (September 9, 2024). Among the attractions we visited the Blue Mosque of Doha.
We went into the hall of the mosque, where only men prayed, with the possibility of photographing. The women prayed in the "hallway", where we changed into black wrapping clothes.
There were those in our group who laughed in the mosque during prayers.
Has the tour operator bought the rights to allow tourists into the mosque hall, where female believers are not allowed to pray?
Why not learn from the experience of Turkey: The Blue Mosque of Istanbul and Hagia Sophia - the visiting time for believers and tourists are clearly separated.
