Everything is very bad, I made an order in the ZARA online store 45 days have passed since the order was placed, the clothes have not been delivered to me, the support service in this company does not have any authority, it is stupid to the point of impossibility, do not waste time, they will not help you, they promise to reply by letter to the mail, but the letter does not arrive, today is 02/11/2025I received an email saying that my order was delivered to me, but there is still no order, but they say that it has been delivered to me. I'm just angry that they're lying to me, and I don't have anything to get after all this time. I'm generally shocked that such a thing can happen in such a company, I understand that these are shoals of employees who simply need to be deprived of their jobs for such an attitude.
I have contacted a huge number of deliveries, but I have not seen such horror as in the Dawn. I have already had my delivery dates postponed 2 times. No one contacts and says whether the goods will be delivered at all. If you want to receive an item by a certain date, for a gift to someone - do not contact them, they will be late, the holiday will be ruined. Well, that's half the battle. And here are the answers of the support service, which does not know where the product is - a separate song. They can't do anything at all. They are just transmitters of information without the slightest authority. They can't even find out what's going on with the product right now. I'm not talking about somehow influencing the delivery time and scolding a bad warehouse. In general, I do not advise anyone to order anything here. This is a waste of time, loss of money, loss of nerves due to the fact that you are not considered a person to whom you can give at least some information. If you want to endure humiliation, Zara's online store is your choice.
I made several orders: firstly, three out of five orders, the status has not changed for exactly a month, and more than two weeks have passed since the expected delivery date, secondly, money has still not been refunded for one canceled order, they asked me for a bank statement, I provided it, thirdly - 9 items have disappeared from one order.
Tech support only says that "some department has taken over the processing", but there is no result.
Just a terrible service from such a large company, there are not enough words to describe your dissatisfaction!
