Today (12/13/2024) at around 5 pm, my husband and I arrived to buy a styler. To which, the first thing we were told was that "actually, it costs 10 million," it was this phrase that was uttered twice, in such a tone that, in principle, the desire to make a purchase in your branch disappeared. After a short conversation with the sales consultant (we did not remember the name), during which we were also accused of lying that she did not say such a thing (my husband tried to convey to the girl that they do not communicate with customers in this way, and even more so who do not even need to sell ..), naturally we left for another branch, where the styler was still bought, thank you.
We kindly ask you to have a conversation with the seller and improve the quality of service at this point.
