I was honestly worried, it's a hectic time right now. This is my first experience, there were a lot of questions and I was just pestering when sending. All questions were patiently answered, everything was competently packed, told where and how to track.
In general, they were very attentive and polite! They gave good advice on shipping!
The whole team acted harmoniously! And yes, we got to lunch and it didn't stop us from accepting the parcel! In the classic Italian service, at lunch for 2 hours, everyone leaves and no one talks to you))

They have not been able to refund money for a lost parcel from Italy to Russia for a year.
They are constantly being fed breakfast, that they will transfer money, but in fact they are only dragging their time! The attitude towards the client is as boorish as possible! I don't understand how they are still on the market and someone uses their "services"
I will never contact them again in my life by sending a parcel!

We ordered express delivery to Russia, with door-to-door delivery, asked as quickly as possible, paid 70 euros, promised terms of 8-10 days. After 13 days, no one handed over the parcel.
The company reacted as irresponsibly as possible to our requests to find out what was with the product, and explained that we would receive it in the near future, then they began to say that the address was incorrect, although everything is correct and no one even called the recipient's phone.
As a result, they dropped the phone number of the Russian post and offered to figure it out for themselves.
We got a call, our parcel is at the other end of the city in the Russian post office, which has closed for repairs, and will open only in 10 days.
In general, there is no assistance or influence on the Russian post so that we receive the goods, the usual intermediaries
It is better not to contact this office. I ordered a parcel to their address, it arrived on the track a month ago to them, they do not deny this, but they do not send it either. It is not clear yet whether they have appropriated my parcel to themselves or not, I do not know what to do with them now.
I really enjoyed working with the company. To be honest, I was worried at first, there was little information, there were problems on the site. But they always answered all the questions very promptly (and there were many of them). The parcel just rushed to the KhMAO in 14 days. They packed it well. Thank you very much! I recommend it!
