It's a very nice shopping center with a lot of my favorite shops. Various brands are represented here. There are good cafes, coffee shops, and a large cinema on the top floor. I recommend it!

Visiting 28 Mall left an exceptionally pleasant impression! This shopping center really deserves a high rating in many ways.
The location is just great - right next to the metro station, which makes it very accessible to all residents of the city. The building is five storeys high, spacious, with easy navigation.
The mall offers an excellent selection of clothing stores, from Zara and Bershka to Massimo Dutti. There is a Bravo supermarket on the ground floor, and there is also a VTB ATM for the convenience of customers.
The food court on the top floor deserves special mention - there you can find many options for a snack for every taste. I was pleased with the availability of clean and cozy toilets, which is important for long-term shopping.
Of the minor disadvantages, only a large flow of people during peak hours can be noted, but this is more an indicator of the popularity of the center than a disadvantage.
Overall, 28 Mall is a modern, well-organized shopping mall with excellent facilities and a convenient location. I recommend it for both shopping and leisure activities.

The shops are very ordinary, for some reason Zara was closed and a Decathlon will be in its place. Sports are probably more popular. Cosmetics in terms of rubles are more expensive than in Russia. And Zara is noticeably more expensive than in Turkey, for example.
But in this mall there is a wonderful grandfather in a cosmetics store who changes money at a good rate, even rubles. Ask the saleswomen, they'll show you.

I would rate the mall I visited recently at 4 out of 5, and here's why.
On the one hand, I liked the design and the atmosphere in the center. There was a lot of light, the storefronts looked well decorated, and there were a lot of goods everywhere. Also, the center was quite clean and well maintained.
However, there were some issues that I didn't really like. For example, the prices of some products were too high, and some of the sellers were not too friendly and were not ready to help with any questions.
Overall, I think it's a good shopping mall with many pros and cons. If there were some improvements, including a more friendly and caring approach to customers, it would raise my rating.
