The Crystal Hotel disappointed with its restaurant - a very strange attitude towards guests.
We ordered Shkmeruli at “Our Flawor” - and they brought us a very thin chicken, only with bones and skin. We asked to replace the dish or remove it from the check, since there is no meat in it (the price of the dish is 35 GEL) - to which we were told that the dish is as it should be, we cannot do anything.
Before that, we were at Georgian Taste (the second restaurant of the Crystal Hotel), where it was very tasty, including this Shkmeruli dish, so we decided to order it here. The waiter and administrator did not find any solution other than to say that if we do not pay for this dish, they will call the police 🫣
There were no questions about the Georgian salad with nuts, Mexican potatoes, which we ordered too, these positions were excellent. But with Shkmeruli, who is made of bones and skin, the situation is somehow distorting. And it’s a shame that such a hotel treats its visitors this way. 😥

Отель CRYSTAL разочаровал своим рестораном — очень странное отношение к гостям.
Заказали Шкмерули в «Our Flawor» — и нам принесли очень тонкую курицу, только с костями и кожей. Мы попросили заменить блюдо или снять его с чека, так как в нем нет мяса (цена блюда — 35 лари) — на что нам сказали, что блюдо такое, какое должно быть, мы ничего сделать не можем. До этого мы были в «GEORGIAN FLAWOR» (второй ресторан отеля «CRYSTAL»), где было очень вкусно, в том числе и это блюдо «Шкмерули», поэтому решили заказать его здесь.
Официант и администратор не нашли никакого решения, кроме как сказать, что если мы не заплатим за это блюдо, они вызовут полицию 🫣
К грузинскому салату с орехами, мексиканской картошкой, который мы заказали, вопросов не было, эти позиции были отличные. А вот со Шкмерули из костей и кожи ситуация какая-то ужасная. И очень жаль, что такой отель так относится к своим посетителям. 😥
