I don't know what the people who put the units faced, but my experience was extremely positive. I called, explained everything, took the documents and took them away after 2 hours, and also made copies for free. I recommend.

I came in during business hours - the door is open, the employee is on the spot, speaks Russian perfectly. Two passports were transferred in an hour, and AMD 3,500 was charged for each passport for the service. I'm happy, thank you!
I do not advise Russians to go there, as they incorrectly translate the patronymic (translated into the Armenian manner), and when they pointed it out, they refused to correct it.
