The best store! There is always a large selection of care products and decorative cosmetics. The store's staff is always ready to help you choose cosmetics. They hear the buyer, his wishes and advise only those products that really work. The girls find an individual approach to each customer. I would especially like to highlight the girl consultant Karina. Thanks to her, I was able to give up expensive procedures with a cosmetologist and achieve the same results with the help of a competent selection of care products. He is a very talented employee. There are few of them. Well, the atmosphere in the store is pleasant, clean, bright, the goods are displayed under the line. I want to buy everything to pamper myself))) That's why we're girls)

I always buy cosmetics and care products in this store. But on 3.11.24 I was faced with the rudeness of the cashier. By choosing a lip pencil, which was presented on the stand in different colors and with the same price tag. At the checkout, the price was three times different . After asking the cashier to cancel, I heard the advice in a boorish tone that you need to look at barcodes. To which I advised you to familiarize yourself with the law on public offer (Article 407 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Belarus). In any case, it is not advisable to look at 100 pencils with a single price tag. Then the cashier just started being rude (if you were in my place and you should watch at all, and not download the rights and all that sort of thing). I was just taken aback by such rudeness, which I have never encountered. Especially in such a reputable cosmetics store, I did not think that this was the case.
I decided not to leave a comment in the book. The rest of the sellers are absolutely adequate and customer-oriented.
I think that if a person is in a bad mood, then they should be left at home. And the management should hold a conversation, as well as familiarize this seller with the above-mentioned law.
