I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH A BOORISH ATTITUDE TOWARDS A CLIENT. On February 3, I contacted Two Shoelaces about replacing the zipper in beige boots. I asked the receptionist about the color of the zipper (I'll clarify that I applied to another workshop, and they offered me white, but I refused), she told me that they would select it as much as possible, and if anything, they would call me back. I also drew her attention to the slider (which I specially took with me (I carried one boot), that it was metallic silver), she put the slider inside the boot. The next day, I received a text message that my order was ready, but I went to pick it up on Wednesday, and was taken aback, I was given a snow-white zipper. Because I was in a hurry, I just took the boot, and when I arrived home, I also saw a golden slider. The next day, I brought two boots for comparison, and the receptionist looked at me with a misunderstanding and asked me what I didn't like. When I told her about the zipper and the slider, she replied that they don't have zippers of all colors of the rainbow and they don't have a silver slider either, she ignored my question why no one called me. We agreed that at least the slider would be replaced, but at the same time she said that I should pay 10 rubles for the slider, and it was delivered to me for free, I refused to pay, because when I handed over the boot for repair and I agreed on the color of the zipper and the color of the slider, and only after that she announced the repair amount is 45 rubles. She took away two boots and told me that I would receive a text message. On Tuesday, I went to find out where my boots were (the second time I brought them to them on Thursday), to which she replied ironically, "they're buying runners." As a result, I picked up the boots on Thursday, i.e. replacing the zipper a day, and replacing the slider a week. I do not know what the reason for such treatment of clients is, either it is the brusque rudeness of the receptionist, or the indifference of the master, just to do it, or the receptionist does not discuss the client's wishes with the master. But the fact remains! I will never contact this organization again and I will not recommend it to anyone!!! After my negative review, a polite girl (the receptionist) from the Two Shoelaces workshop called me back and offered solutions to the problem, I agreed to replace the identical zipper, asked for the cost, she said they would replace it for free, because they were not aware that such a problem had arisen. My zipper was replaced, which is certainly encouraging that there are people who care about the reputation of their organization and solve problems created by other employees.
Good repair. They glued the heel on my boots. We did it well. At first they said that the entire sole was being replaced, but the boots were specific, so they made a heel.
Competent and responsive staff. The masters know their job perfectly well. The quality of the repair is excellent. I applied, having arrived in Gomel from the regional center, it turned out that it was not a problem for them to return my finished shoes by European Mail. Wonderful service.
