I don't know who is writing laudatory reviews here - I experienced real stress from their work! I gave a D&G handbag for repair, genuine leather, bought it for $ 200 abroad. All I had to do was change a small strap, which from time to time slightly cracked in some places on the sides. And even the slider on the lock began to work poorly, the lock began to disperse. For the replacement of the strap, they asked 50 rubles (half of a new small handbag made in Belarus), and even 12 rubles for the slider. I asked to make the strap longer, i.e. 40 cm long and 12 mm wide. As you can see, the material consumption for this is not large. I thought the skin would probably be very good and expensive. When she came to pick me up, I almost had a stroke!!! The strap was all crooked, the edges were cut off unevenly, the threads with which it was sewn could tear clothes and scratch the skin. And the skin itself, as if, from kirza boots, stood like a stake! Naturally, I returned it for correction. They didn't fix it much better - they slightly aligned the same strap on the sides, and it also turned out that they didn't change the slider, although they wanted to take money for it. At the same time, the leather loop on the lock was torn. Since I paid 20 rubles in advance, the money was not returned to me for such a "job", while they also threw away the original strap from this bag - they thought that their "masterpiece" was much better! If you have expensive things that require minor repairs - just not in "Two laces"!!! The thing will be irretrievably ruined!!!

To be honest, it's not clear why there are so many good reviews...Some disorders, not only was I bullied on the phone, but they also did not do the job well. I called to find out if my shoes were ready or not, it's been 8 days, I haven't received an SMS on Viber, you never know, maybe they forgot to send it or something...to which I was told that this was a deadline for nothing, repairs can last up to two weeks, and there may also be delays of several days. To my answer that it was necessary to warn about two weeks and delays in advance, the answer was that she could not hammer information into my head, because she told me about 10 working days. It may have been said, but agree, 10 working days and 2 weeks with a delay sounds different) bottom line, she called the master and asked someone to move to make my shoes. It turns out that I took them away on day 9, but it turned out that they were not fully glued to me, i.e. at acceptance, when I said that I needed to do prevention and glue, she indicated that only the heel should be glued)) the director gave me the shoes, he offered to leave the shoes for another day so that the master could finish the work) I refused, because I need shoes today. I told the director about the situation, but it is clear that he will believe the employee more) be careful, check what is written in the invoice. I gave my shoes to Mazurov.
