This company lives up to its name. The service there is really good, namely, I liked the following: the type of reception point; the attentive and polite work of a specialist at this point, she correctly identified the necessary work – replacing the sole of shoes; registration of a receipt-contract; payment methods for the order; messages and PHOTOS in Viber of the selected sole; SMS to a mobile phone about the readiness of the order and receiving it; the quality of the work done; handing out my shoes and packing them in a branded bag. Based on what has been said, I give a rating of "5" to the Shoe repair company "Shoe Service".
On March 24, 2023, I gave my shoes to the Shoe Service CHUP for repair at 83a Mazurova str., Gomel. They examined my shoes and recommended the repair of their heels by installing Italian pads.
This is my second order in this company.
On April 01, 2023, CHUP "Shoe Service" sent me an SMS to my mobile phone about the readiness of my order and its receipt.
I was only able to get my shoes on April 05, 2023.
My assessment: I like everything about this company, namely: the polite treatment of its employees, professional inspection of shoes and recommendation of necessary shoe repairs, registration of a receipt-contract, the possibility of paying with a bank card for shoe repairs, SMS message to a mobile phone number about the readiness of the order, the quality of the work performed, the issuance of my shoes and their packaging in a branded package.
I rate the work of this enterprise at "5" points.
And my opinion: CHUP "Shoe Service" is the best shoe repair company in the city of Gomel.
I will always contact only this company to repair my shoes.
I didn't like the girl at the reception very much, as if there were a hundred calls to someone (consultations), photos and consultations again, pricing and consultations with someone again. When the order was taken, the price increased by 25% . P.S. it seems to be well done, time will tell
I handed over my boots for painting: I couldn't find the color myself. Repainting costs 65 rubles. Okay, leather boots, but I didn't wear much - I gave it away. I took it away-I looked at it- I thought: 'Wow! Just like new.' Today I put on my first day. I came to work- and horror! What did I see? The paint just falls off! It would be better not to give it away: they would have been wiped evenly, and not as if I had worn them to holes and were just falling apart. Besides making it worse, I also threw away 65p.
I will never apply and I do not advise others!
I do not recommend this shoe repair, at first I gave it to be tightened under the heel in summer flip-flops, they made the wrong color, they had to ask for a discount for their joint themselves. For the second time, they ordered to replace the soles of winter boots, they said the repair would take 10 days. Without 1 day, 14 days were sent for approval how the sole would be, everything was agreed and said the next day it would be ready, as a result, a day later we came the shoes themselves were not ready, they did not even bother to call, warn and apologize for delaying the repair. When asked what we would do, they smiled stupidly and brazenly. As a sign of apology, they made cardboard insoles, sorry, but it's ridiculous and shameful!!!! I do not recommend repairs, customer orientation is zero!

I called to find out if my shoes were ready or not, it's been 8 days, I haven't received an SMS on Viber, you never know, maybe they forgot to send it or something...to which I was told that this is a period of nothing, repairs can last up to two weeks, and there may also be delays of several days. To my answer that it was necessary to warn about two weeks and delays in advance, the answer was that she could not HAMMER information into my head, because she told me about 10 working days. It may have been said, but agree, 10 working days and 2 weeks with a delay sounds different) bottom line, she called the master and asked someone to move to make my shoes. It turns out that I took them away on day 9, but it turned out that they were not fully glued to me, i.e. at acceptance, when I said that I needed to do prevention and glue, she indicated that only the heel should be glued)) the director gave me the shoes, he offered to leave the shoes for another day so that the master could finish the work) I refused, because I need shoes today. I told the director about the situation, but it is clear that he will believe the employee more) be careful, check what is written in the invoice.
