We were served quickly. The order was 2 chicken soups, khachapuri, 1 beer and ajakhuri. Everything was brought quickly, suspiciously. It turned out that khachapuri was on the 3rd, and ajakhuri seemed to have taken yesterday's and poorly warmed up: The potatoes were warm in places, cold in places. And it didn't taste good. The manager began to convince him that he was hot and fresh, and took him away. She returned, apologized, offered to re-order, but there was no desire anymore. Ajahuri was not included in the bill. If we had looked at the rating in advance, we would not have come here.
Disgusting service!! We were DOUBLE-crossed.
To be honest, it wasn't the first time we were there, everything was acceptable before. But today we were a small company, one person paid. When everyone got home and began to count to transfer money to a friend, it turned out that some positions were doubled, some were indicated incorrectly.
We were served by two people.
When we called the restaurant in the evening to sort out the situation, one waiter confirmed our correctness, the second woman stood her ground. We have achieved a partial refund (I hope they will still be credited to the account) but not the entire amount that was overpaid.
The hall is empty and there are such shoals. Well, apparently, that's why it's empty 🤷♀️
Отвратительное место. Часто ходим в 2 тонны в Сабуртало и не смотря на то, что это сеть - сервис кардинально отличается.
Пришли с друзьями вечером в четверг.
Сделали заказ, официант его повторила и пропала. Около получаса мы ждали напитки. Из еды заказали хинкали, хачапури и кебаб из курицы.
Принесли только кебаб и то не куриный, отказались заменить, заверяя нас, что это курица.
Далее оказалось, что хачапури и хинкали вообще в заказ наш не добавили (на тот момент мы прождали их почти 1,5 часа).
Все попытки решить проблему с персоналом, администратором - впустую.
За такое прекрасное обслуживание и еду, которую мы не дождались нам добавили конечно же еще 15 % к счету.
