The atmosphere is absolutely not hospital-like. All doctors are very responsive, morally supportive and explain everything clearly. The junior medical staff is beyond praise, they will always comfort the child, distract and sympathize if they cry, it is immediately clear that people love their work.

We contacted the ambulance here, we arrived ourselves, we didn't sit in the waiting room for a very long time, in my opinion, the doctors were excellent, they looked at their son, did an ultrasound, prescribed treatment, answered all questions, the staff was polite and responsive, not counting the female guard who screamed obscenities at a non-Russian woman with a small child, for that the baby was pampered with a cooler, while mom was distracted by the medical recorders, we did not remain silent, we made a remark to the aunt, and she did not leave her room with us anymore.

My son was operated on 2 weeks ago, he was in urology (2-sided cryptorchidism). The impression was excellent. My son is over 5 years old (5.3 was at the time of the operation), they were allowed to stay with the child without problems, the ward got 2 local, for all the time that they were lying, no one was moved in, and it was great. The ward and the ward have everything you need for a comfortable stay. And of course, a special huge thank you to the doctors, everyone was very attentive and clearly have a lot of experience communicating with children. My child is very cowardly, but when the doctor came, he calmly lay down on a gurney, and went to the operating room, without tears and tantrums. It's better not to go to such places, but if you do, know that your children are in safe hands.
