The quality is getting worse and worse every time, either the master is in a hurry, or you are saving on consumables
On 1 photo-manicure for 3 days, immediately chipped
In 2 photos-a week later, and it's not just one nail
After the first chip, I pulled it down by accident, KNOCKED out the repair the next day, and not after 3-5 days
It's a pity I didn't take a picture of the cuticle the next day after the manicure, and at the first repair the master confirmed that this was not the norm!
To be honest, I haven't seen such quality for 5 years,
I had to file all the chips myself, like in the good old days, and trim the cuticle😅
In response to the complaint, they offered to correct the manicure (which will look already grown) or a 15% discount on the next visit (after SUCH a manicure, the desire to visit you disappeared)
It was easier to offer the client to redo a really boring job, and stay in the red by 5-7 rubles, than to lose a regular customer who pays at least 55 for each visit.
I will note the service, it is really good!)
