Visiting the store before the onset of winter turned into an unpleasant experience due to unsuccessful interaction with the seller. Choosing a warm coat, the seller turned to us with questions, hoping for professional advice, we entered into a dialogue with her.
However, instead of friendly and competent service, we were met by an impolite saleswoman. When we expressed our uncertainty about the color, she chose to show hostility instead of help, claiming that "if you don't know the color, then there's nothing to go here." This attitude was offensive and unprofessional.
Having asked for a book of comments and suggestions, we were faced with aggressive statements and insults from the seller. Her behavior was unacceptable and she showed a complete lack of respect for customers.
I would like to hope that the administration will take measures to train the staff in customer service, but given our interaction with the possible owner, such hopes seem unfeasible.
I hope that our feedback will be useful for other buyers.
