Guys, you will be deceived, be prepared for this.
1. The business process is built in such a way that at the checkout they will always say that there is no small waffle at all, they are allowed to buy only a large one. Checked now and six months ago, the chant is the same. They earn money on coercion.
2. All promotions are "with an asterisk". For example, the poster says "waffle of the day for 5 BYN". The cashier will tell you that you will collect a check for 10 BYN and for this you get the right to buy a "waffle of the day for 5". That is, they earn money on coercion again.
3. You won't like the result. It doesn't match the image. The zoomers behind the counter made a crappy filling. It felt like they hadn't been informed.
Let's hope to the whole community that they will burn out on electricity and rent payments.

The staff is a reflection of the business. I liked waffles in part because of the concept. I understand that you can't keep track of every employee, but you can give instructions.
EVERYONE wants to get home early, but the cashier does not seem to work for himself and does not have to decide on his own whether orders are still being accepted or not.

Even 1 star is a lot for this establishment. I made an order today, the staff was very unfriendly. I made an order at 20:12. After me, a couple more people made orders. As a result, those who placed the order after me received it earlier than I did). At 20:30, I went to find out when my waffle would be ready, to which the cashier reacted very surprised. As it turned out, they just stupidly forgot about me. I received the waffle after 25 minutes of waiting.The waffle was made terribly tasteless.
