The dental center is really good: it is conveniently located, offers many different services, and despite the fact that it is the most expensive center in the city, the cost of services justifies itself.
However, there are moments for which I shoot stars. Given the high cost and status of the center, it is surprising that they do not provide any guarantees for filled teeth, whereas competitors usually have a minimum one-year warranty. My whole family is being treated at this center, but we have never been informed about the guarantees. The information provided at the reception and by the doctors leaves much to be desired. Moreover, a few weeks later, after a long two-hour filling, a piece of the tooth finally fell off.
In addition, taking into account the status and price, I would like to see a more respectful attitude from dentists. For example, at a doctor's appointment with Bychkov I. I., after the appointment there is always an unpleasant aftertaste and as if you were being tortured rather than treated. Let's just say it's painful and uncomfortable to treat his teeth. His harshness and irritation are inappropriate in dealing with patients. In addition, each visit was accompanied by comments that I was doing everything wrong: sitting, lying, breathing... This approach is not polite. Every patient should be treated with equal respect, regardless of age.
Otherwise, the center is really one of the best, and I can recommend it, but with reservations about the above points.

We are going with a friend to this center tomorrow. We read a lot of reviews, chose a doctor and are now looking forward to the reception. I think the expectation will just coincide with reality.... Well, the center from the street is very gray and inconspicuous. Found by address, not by external design. It's sooo tight inside, narrow passages and high ceilings. They couldn't help us :(, and the staff themselves were called for payment, which was not in a hurry. In short, the impression is not good, I will not recommend this organization for dental treatment. Although I have heard only positive reviews on prosthetics.

I had a problem when I was on vacation in a sanatorium. My wisdom tooth, which was under the crown, festered, and it also served as a "bridge", in general, a problematic tooth. There was severe pain, my head and ear were splitting. And so on for several days. I accidentally saw an advertisement for the clinic "32 Dent" on the Internet, I got to them for a picture. There was no free appointment with doctors, the appointment with doctors was only for June. I asked the girls at the reception to help me get a doctor's consultation. Dr. Kireev Vladislav Vasilyevich, Dr. Kovalchuk, to whom I was lucky enough to get an appointment - top-class professionals, responsive, warm-hearted people! I will always be grateful to them- they are so young, and how much skill, virtuosos of their profession! There is something to compare it with - I live in St. Petersburg, I often use the services of dentists. I can responsibly state that these are high-class specialists! And the clinic itself, the tasteful interior, polite staff, cleanliness, comfort, immediately have a positive attitude and inspire confidence in the success of the visit. Dear residents of the city of Rogachev, you are lucky that you have such a clinic where such wonderful people work!

I have great confidence and respect for the doctors of the 32Dent clinic. These are high-class professionals. I applied several times for various reasons and to a dentist-therapist - T.V. Saikovskaya and a surgeon - P. Makhonko. They are polite, patient, attentive and friendly with patients. They work "not for fear, but for conscience"!👏👏👏
