On 11.04, we purchased a Sanifor aerogrill at the 5 element store , Vitebsk, at 35 Chkalov Green shopping center .
11.04 in the evening we threw French fries , we wanted to cook . After a couple of minutes, they heard a crack, the glass burst .
On 11.04 in the evening , before they closed , the aerogrill was brought back , they wanted to refund the money . But it was sent to the factory as a warranty case .
04/25 , 14 days have passed . We came to the store ourselves to find out about our situation . Aerogrill , not yet in Vitebsk . The girl at the service center looked at the computer. They write that it 's not a warranty case , supposedly the 9.04 warranty is over , although we bought 11.04 !
And for some reason, I have to go to the consumer rights laws myself, spend money and do an independent examination. Although the 5th element was sold to me by this grill and they are responsible. But they absolve themselves of responsibility and call themselves intermediaries . It 's a very unpleasant situation . If the situation is not resolved, we will go to court, not to the laws of rights .
Tc sold a product that has already been guaranteed . But the warranty card says no warranty!! Main management, please understand this situation.
350 rubles , I don 't want to just give it to the store .
