I was treated for a long time by a wonderful gynecologist, Elena Ivanovna Kravtsova, and everything was fine with me, a good, understanding specialist.
But due to her carelessness and mistake, after a long break in treatment, she made an appointment with another doctor, Natalia Ivanovna KRAVCHUK.
22.01.2025. I applied in order to restore the cycle before going to the Gomel hospital. As soon as the reception started, I immediately felt disrespectful and biased towards myself. The doctor collected, as she said, anamnesis, asked questions about the treatment -I answered, but when she started asking for specific dates for the start of taking pills, the names of these pills, I told her that I do not remember, since I have been in treatment for about 10 years, I just physically can not remember everything.I offered her to examine my documents and statements, as well as my medical record (because that's what it was created for, so that you could find out any information at any time), but the doctor refused. Several times she emphasized that I did not go to her, but to another gynecologist.
Then I was asked why I wasn't going to Gomel for an appointment, and I replied that I wanted to restore the cycle first, to which she replied with a grin that it would be restored there, thereby making it clear to me that she didn't want to do all this. As a result, the doctor brought me to tears, I went home without an examination and without prescribed treatment. I had an unpleasant aftertaste after visiting this doctor, for the first time I found myself in a similar situation.
I believe that if I am paying money for treatment, then at least I want to see an adequate attitude.

We made an appointment on May 11, I took the ticket to an ophthalmologist of the highest category, since the system did not miss the appointment for the child, we arrived at the appointment a little earlier in time, since we drove from another city for a long time. At the reception, the girls were aware that the ticket was taken for an adult and you need to look at the child. I was told to wait, and the receptionist went to check with the doctor if he would look at the child, since the ticket was ordered for an adult. I was shocked when the doctor said that she would not accept the child, since the child would only turn 7 in a week, she only accepts from the age of 7. It's a shame that so much time and effort has been wasted.

Basically, everything is fine, but it wouldn't hurt to automate the work of the reception desk, sometimes there are hefty queues, and I just need to find out which office to go to- the machine could handle that. Well, some doctors are more willing to delve into the problems of patients, the reception is not very cheap, so that they can finish it in a few minutes and write no pathologies were found.

I did an ultrasound of the shoulder and soft tissues from Dr. T.A. Shob. I was interested in the integrity of the ligaments and tendons, because I had a shoulder injury. The doctor's examination revealed only inflammation. There was no further improvement in my treatment, so I went to another medical center. There, according to the ultrasound results, a tendon rupture was revealed, in which surgery is indicated. So I lost half a year of time!! Photos of two ultrasounds are attached.

I made an appointment with a gynecologist Natalia Kravchuk Ivanovna G.Mozyr. there are many unpleasant moments with this specialist, namely: she does not name the services that she includes in the final price list, questions the client's explanations, and instead of trying to figure out the problem, blames everything on the fact that the client allegedly is not telling the truth. By the way, very unpleasant assumptions (it was quite possible to write a complaint against her). I did not prescribe tests for 4 sessions that would have revealed something. A treatment that would be effective too. I also left a similar review on the site, I even wonder if they will post it in the end or not (I think not).
As a result, after leaving the office, I looked at the receipt, and realized that I was simply ignored from the very beginning. I wanted to find out exactly what kind of analysis I needed to take to Helix, but they imposed services for 37 rubles (a total of about 68 rubles), which were not related to my question at all. Past the reception. I agreed to pay for the reception, as it was held after all. Although I myself knew that in the end I needed to take it, I just wanted to consult with a specialist, in general, 31 rubles is a waste. So, I also had to explain why I did not want to pay these 37 rubles, and that I did not need these tests for this money (the usual procedure that is done for free in the clinic), and what exactly I needed was not done. Although it was strongly suggested by doctors. As a result, when I went into the office to have the doctors remove this analysis, they demanded a sheet of recommendations from me back, I gave it back, and a sheet with the analysis ID.

I want to thank doctor Yevtushenko D and his team) I had a colonoscopy+FGDS under sedation. Everything is very well coordinated. I was very afraid...but somehow the fear passed by itself as I entered the office. No discomfort, I fell asleep and woke up! I recovered from sedation in half a day, everything is fine.

I've been there several times. She had an ultrasound with the wonderful doctor Kravtsova, and took the child to Nikolaeva for a heart ultrasound. I think that these are some of the best specialists in our city. I like everything from free shoe covers to the attitude of doctors. I will come back more than once. The only thing that causes some inconvenience is the small parking lot. But we are not evaluating this, but the medical center itself and its services, so 10/10
