The advantages are pleasant, courteous staff, clean towels and bed linen. That's where the fun ends. Toilet and sink with "traces" of past tenants. In general, the rooms are still neat and fresh, if you do not touch the curtains, cornices, do not try to open the window, because everything falls and falls off. By the way, there was no toilet seat either. Wi-Fi sometimes turns on, sometimes disappears, especially in the evening you can not count on the Internet. The air conditioner works very well. The floors and carpets are clean. I was very disappointed and surprised, because comparing with other hotels in other cities, this was the first experience when there was not even half a liter of water in the room. In this heat, I think it will not be difficult for tired guests to put at least one bottle of water in the room. In general, I recommend that you stock up on water, tea bags, and coffee in advance before checking in, since all this is missing. And you can't count on breakfast either, because the first thing we did after the eviction was to look for a place to eat. This applies to both the quantity and quality of food. It was unpleasant not only for us, but also for the rest of the guests who came downstairs, waited for breakfast to be brought to them, and then got up and left without eating anything.
I didn't like the hotel because the receptionist greeted us with a disgruntled face. And also, in the bathroom, they need to finish all the plumbing work, since after taking a shower, the entire floor was in a large puddle that did not "understand" where to drain it. There is no regular drinking water in the rooms! There are also no mosquito nets on the windows. And most importantly, there is no updated price list for the rooms of this hotel. They refused to accept payment by card. We had to pay in cash, which caused us to have some suspicions. If you do not remind the administration about breakfast, they can also "keep silent" in response. The hotel is not one of the best. I don't recommend it.
