We rested in this wonderful place for 8 days in August 2024. We arrived at night, but settled in without any problems. Very hospitable people, well-mannered, cultured and very kind. We went with a family of 3 people, the room was given a very cozy one, on the third floor, all the amenities in the room, everything is clean and the furniture is new, comfortable. We would like to say a special thank you to the chefs and the waitress Karina for the very tasty food. We ate only here, but we didn't want to go anywhere after such lunches and dinners. And what kind of barbecue is there, I've never eaten such a thing. The sea is certainly a little far away, but while you are walking you are looking at the sights of this city. There you can also book excursions, pick up directly from the house and bring them to the house. ONCE AGAIN, MANY THANKS TO THE OWNER OF THIS WONDERFUL HOUSE, GALINA, AND HER TEAM. If you can still go to Abkhazia, then only to this wonderful place.
I would advise you to update the information about the pool and the appearance of your dining room with very tasty food.

I lived in this guest house from 30.07 to 08.08, the territory is neat, clean, everything is in colors, the staff is attentive, hospitable, responsive, the kitchen is very tasty, the portions are decent. This guest house is located in a gorge, and accordingly it is not hot there, it is also quiet and you catch Zen, I recommend

We had a vacation with our family this year, we liked everything. The hostess is a very nice woman, the staff is polite and friendly, they will always tell you where to go, where to see the sights, which excursions are better to visit and which are not worth it. The rooms are clean and cozy, with modern furniture and renovation. The location is just wonderful, in the middle of two mountains in a gorge, due to this there is no sultry sun and wind. We had a great rest! Thank you, you did well.🙂

We rested with my husband in a guest house for 5 days in June 2023. Great location! The territory is clean, tidy, everything is done with love and attention to the guests! Special thanks to the staff! Like bees). All with a smile, everything is homely and kind. The brazier is a smart guy! His barbecue is wonderful! We really liked everything! A good place for families to relax. Delicious food is served in cafes and money is acceptable even cheaper than in other cafes and tastier than in some good restaurants. The main thing is where to spend the night, this is what interested us. I advise you to visit.

It's a terrible place. For the first time, choosing from photos and reviews, I made a mistake when I chose this house for my group. I was on vacation with the girls in August. It's as if the rooms are never washed efficiently. Dust, dirt, cobwebs in the corners. We went into the room barefoot, with sand under our feet. They began to wash their floors. Rats attack every night. This is something! The horror! It is impossible to sleep from their running and screeching.
There is a shared kitchen in which if you are going to cook something, you need to pay extra. At the same time, there are not enough dishes. I constantly ran to the cafe kitchen and asked for spoons for morning porridge.
The house is old, there are many rooms like an anthill or a rat house. There is a lot of old junk in the aisles or on the platforms where the rooms go out.

We lived in this guest house in the summer of 22 years. I would not recommend this vacation spot to anyone. The kitchen is completely unusable, so the issue of cooking food there was resolved immediately. There are very few dishes and they are in a depressing state. And all this the hostess (I call her that with a huge stretch) does so that all the guests stomp to eat in their cafe, which is located on the 1st floor. There is no Internet connection in the rooms, only downstairs, where disgusting music is playing. The furniture, the floor and everything you touch is dirty, old and unpleasant. A grumpy granny in ridiculous outfits is sitting at the reception. The economy rooms have a shower on the entire floor! And these are dozens of people. Keep in mind that you will have to wait a long, very long time for your turn. The owner is an unfriendly woman who hates her guests and doesn't even hide it. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the sea. The pool is a misunderstanding. Apparently, it was put in order to increase the rating of the hotel and add a line about its availability. No more than (((.The food in their cafe is tasteless. Even pancakes are made from semi-finished products. Shame and bottom. The waitress Asya was friendly, unlike the rest of the staff. There are mountains and greenery all around. People, don't get fooled by the rave reviews. There are plenty of affordable housing nearby at the same prices. Ask around, don't rush to book a room here. After all, this is your money and rest...

Guest house in Staraya Gagra. The economy rooms are cramped, the mattresses are dirty. The communal kitchen is sooo dirty. It's generally unpleasant to be there, let alone cook and eat. Dishes with chips. The cutting boards are so dirty and scary!!!!! Old aluminum pots, greasy sponges for washing dishes, in general, everything is unusable.
We will never go there again and we do not advise anyone.
