This is all understandable, of course, but if you can wait for the end of the break in the afternoon, then here I was left without the specific product I needed, the purchase of which would take less time than writing this review. I turned to this "wonderful" store for a hair wash. The consultant who sold it to me did not say that in order for the product to wash off the dye from the hair, you need to buy another oxidizer for the rinse, the question is, should I have guessed before? The consultant did not voice this to me for unclear reasons, I had to go to the store for the oxidizer a second time. I bought the oxidizer on the second visit, but I also needed paint, to which the seller said come after you wash off the color to pick up what you want. Good. I washed it off, came for the third time to show what hair color I got and buy paint. The request was for a cold shade as light as possible and looking at my hair, the seller showed a shade that can be obtained without lightening the hair, I ANNOUNCED THAT IN THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR WASHING IT IS WRITTEN THAT IT IS NECESSARY TO TAKE A SHADE LIGHTER TO THE DESIRED TONE, says no, I say so the result will be darker? NO, IT WILL BE THE SAME AS ON THE PALETTE! I clarified once again, maybe I still need a clarifier?! No, don't! Well, I buy paint and oxidizer, go home in the hope that now I will get what I saw on the palette in the store, what everyone did according to the instructions and did not paint myself, I think there is no need to explain.
