Магазин не плохой и продавцы вежливые. Но сложилась неприятная ситуация. Пару дней назад покупала робот пылесос в этом магазине. На сайте долго выбирали модель. Нужен был недорогой, но с функцией влажной уборки. Выбрали Xiaomi mijia LDS vacuum cleaner robot 2 за 579руб. На следующий день на сайте появилась модель лучше по характеристикам Xiaomi mijia sweeping vacuum cleaner 3c за 592.99руб. Я позвонила и уточнила, какой лучше. Консультант сказал, что тот, что подороже. Что сила всасывания в два раза больше и модель новее. Но когда я попросила заменить одну модель на вторую, мне сказали, сначала, что мой пылесос уже отдали курьеру и сегодня уже поменять нельзя. Я согласилась на доставку на завтра. Но в этот момент консультант сказал, что к сожалению данного пылесоса нет, это глючит сайт и есть такой же 2023 года за 645(примерно). За 645 я покупать отказалась. Уточнила по поводу поверхности тряпочки для мытья пола, было важно чтобы фибра была по всей ширине тряпки, как на картинке у модели 3с. Меня уверили, что так и есть, что не соответствует действительности. И пылесос 3с тут же исчез с сайта. Мне доставили пылесос за 579руб. Но каково было мое удивление, когда через некоторое время на сайте вновь появился 3с. И когда мой муж позвонил поинтересоваться наличием модели и спросил какой лучше купить, ему любезно предложили к покупке 3с, сказав, что он лучше. Никогда не писала плохих отзывов, но эта ситуация очень зацепила. Делайте выводы.
