Based on this, we expected a sofa by the beginning of May, calling today to clarify the delivery time, we came across a very "polite and customer-oriented employee" who talked dismissively and laughed into the phone. To the question of why they had not been prejudiced earlier, a clear answer was given, I quote,
- I should have seen what you were signing, it wasn't me who worked with you, but another employee, I can't be responsible for his actions.
The whole speech was accompanied by chuckles and a dismissive tone, saying it was their own fault. It was important for us that the sofa was delivered by the beginning of May, as the move is planned. We were also not warned about the presence of an accelerated manufacturing process when buying, knowing about such a function, we would certainly use it. When talking on the phone with me and my husband, the seller behaved rudely. There was a feeling that we came to the market and bought the cheapest. The quality of service is at zero, it is a pity that for such money such a low service. Of course, we will wait for the sofa, but we will not order or recommend your salon anymore. Thanks!

Сроки не выдерживают, жду свой заказ больше 2-х месяцев, изначально были обещания сделать в течение 30 дней. Не советую тут заказывать.
