I discovered this studio quite recently and this is the place I want to return to again. Very cozy and comfortable atmosphere in the Provence style, lots of cute themed little things in the interior. They treat you to delicious coffee. Comfortable upholstered chairs where you can relax. Special thanks to Master Natalia Kulinkovich - it was the most gentle manicure in my life.
And I got a real buzz from the hand massage at the end of the procedure.
Yes, the price here is above the average for the city, but I see what I'm paying for: high-quality consumables, professional equipment, sterility and safety, knowledge of the master, furniture and comfort.
I just went to the studio across the street from home, and received competent advice, a perfect manicure and complete relaxation. Thanks!
To be honest, I've never understood the peculiarity of their great popularity. In popular times, everyone sits like sprats in a barrel, the masters don't have to do it once, if you like someone, then go to them. I've tried five different manicurists, until I found one very sensible one. So what? Of course, she stopped working there!
On the plus side, there are additional sales of jewelry, metaphorical cards, and question cards. And they treat you to coffee.
Personally, I come here for one reason - I live within walking distance, this is the closest place where I can get a manicure.
Otherwise, I wouldn't have come here anymore.
Excellent location, interior - left deep impressions: very European, cozy
The master did a short hand massage at the end of the procedure - it's just a buzz
The cost is quite adequate for a manicure (but above the average in the city)
Otherwise, I was not very impressed with the salon, and that's why:
-it is not entirely clear how the sets differ from each other (only the names, they are very confused about the cost), at least on the site where you sign up, this is not scheduled
and I was upset that I saw that some people get manicured in a good chair (I also wanted to, but did not know what kind of set)
-manicure coated with gel polish tears after 10 days (I usually go to the master and the manik lasts 14-17 days)
-a small selection of palettes (for me this is a huge minus)
-paid coffee (it may be better than they do in regular salons, but the fact itself is not very encouraging)
I've been to the salon 2 times, I don't plan to repeat it :)
