In our city, the order pick-up point was closed and my order was redirected to Bekabad without my consent, although I asked the support service to redirect it to Tashkent to a specific PVZ, where it would be easier and more convenient for me to pick it up. There is no personal car, and it is not very convenient to go to Bekabad with three transfers. We kindly ask you to provide a contact number for communication in non-standard situations.
