The kitchen and interior design are good, the location is excellent, the hostess and the babysitter from the children's room are very friendly and attentive. However, we've been there three times, and the first time was lucky. but the other 2 times the service was very disappointing. Despite the fact that there were almost no guests, the first dish was served an hour later! We stopped by for coffee the second time: we desperately didn't want to take an order. There were 3 waiters: students/children walked by with an indifferent look. The coffee arrived. And a croissant for coffee 15 minutes after coffee, would you like to chew it separately or wrap it with you?))
I would like to pay attention to the waiters. They can either be criticized or changed. So all the guests will run away from you soon))

We are more often unlucky about the service. Sometimes it is just fine and there is contact, and sometimes it is very bad that there is no desire to leave even a tip.
And a huge request, think of at least some kind of nursery-for swaddling, feeding crumbs.

I like the place, there is an indoor hall, a terrace in the fresh air and on the street at the entrance, the location is also convenient, it's best to go there with children, there is a play area, paid, there were 50,000 soums, time is unlimited. Comfortable seating areas, my daughter sleeps on the sofa with special pleasure, very attentive and responsive staff. The service is excellent. The kitchen is delicious, for an amateur, you will not please everyone in everything). Another plus is that the hall is decorated in a holiday theme.

The waiters bicker, the manager shouts at you, the institution violates the laws on non-smoking in public places and does not make a separate designated smoking area, allowing smoking in the wrong place.
