A great place to live in Marina.
There are several food shops nearby, as well as bars and an alcohol store right next to it.
The complex itself has its own swimming pool and fitness room.

I don't really like the building. A very uncomfortable check-in. There is a construction site everywhere. Due to the small windows, the house does not have very good natural light.
I was visiting a friend and realized that I would definitely not live in this house myself. From the outside (externally) a beautiful building
