The location of the hotel is an undoubted plus: it is very close to the center, which makes it easy and fast to get to the main attractions of the city. The room was pleased with its spaciousness and cleanliness. The interior retains the spirit of the Soviet era, but at the same time is in excellent condition - it feels like the room is really being looked after. A small refrigerator in the room is a very convenient addition. The breakfasts made a special impression. Delicious, hearty, with a variety of dishes, they create a great start to the day. The quality of cooking and serving dishes deserves special praise. The service deserves special attention - the staff is really friendly and helpful. There is a sincere desire to help the guests, to create comfortable living conditions. The price for such accommodation is simply great - affordable, but at the same time with excellent value for money.

A good hotel for a very reasonable price. The rooms are small, without frills, but everything is clean and tidy. The bed is comfortable, the linen is fresh. I would like more towels, they are obviously saving on them. There is a kettle and glasses in the room. There is no hair dryer. The Internet works fast and well. There is a cafe at the hotel, you can have breakfast (the breakfasts are tolerable, but simple) and dinner (the choice of dishes is meager, but everything is edible). The prices are also modest. There is a shop in five minutes and a great restaurant nearby. The location is captivating: a quiet area in the city center, the metro is a 15-minute walk away, and the tram stop goes directly to the train station in 5 minutes. The staff is polite and friendly.

Pros: regular room cleaning, good enough food in the restaurant, courteous staff, comfortable and cozy room, there is a kettle and refrigerator.
Cons: there is no hair dryer; there was not enough shelf / stool at the entrance to the room to put a bag, for example; everything that happens in the neighboring rooms is very audible; the front door is weak; it took a very long time to wait for the elevator.

Good location, near Victory Square, Gorky Park. A single room of the first category, a TV, a refrigerator, a kettle with cutlery, is fine, but it could have been better if they had done a good cleaning of the room (in fact, for five days of stay, only the garbage was taken out every day), there was a plastic water bottle and a sock under the bed (upon eviction, everything was left on there were hairs on the bedclothes (despite the fact that the bedclothes were visually washed), judging by the smudges, the toilet had not been washed outside for a very long time, the mattress on the bed also needs to be replaced, but it's generally not bad. On one of the floors there is a room with an iron and a washing machine.

A wonderful hotel, I went with the ensemble to the competition, and we chose this hotel.
The children were happy, very clean, comfortable mattresses and snow-white bedding.
One of the disadvantages is that there is no hair dryer in the room, but we took it with us, because we read the reviews)

We stayed in front of NG in this hotel for 3 nights. The room was twin 2+2. The room is clean, warm, cleaned every day. They didn't take breakfast. The hotel is located near the center, we walked around the city. The metro is within walking distance (we like to walk for us 1km is not far))). Friendly staff. There is a park nearby. There are no shops near the hotel, but if you walk a little bit, you will get a euroopt and a penny. The cost of rooms for this location is very pleasant.

We stayed at the hotel with a family of 4 people in a twin room on the 7th floor, during the January holidays from 31.12 to 5.01.24. The service is excellent, the administrators are polite, kind and hospitable. I liked the price of the stay, there are all amenities, refrigerator, kettle, fresh bed linen! A good inexpensive hotel, not far from the center of Minsk. Within walking distance of the park, supermarket, Kamyanitsa restaurant, Vodokanal canteen.
The room is small but clean. There is a kettle, refrigerator, shower, TV, Wi-Fi. However, the signal is unstable.
At our request, we were settled earlier than the scheduled time, they did not take the money. There were no problems with late check-out (with an additional fee) either. The staff is friendly.
There is a cafe in the hotel, but the menu is minimal, mostly alcohol, so we preferred to eat in the city.

A very big drawback is the lack of shops in this area. There is nowhere to buy even water. In the hotel, the cafe does not work to understand how. Although the opening hours are indicated. A good budget hotel near the center. The room has everything you need: towels, wardrobe, table, bedside table, bed, TV, refrigerator, kettle. Very clean: both in the hallway and in the room. Cleaning is done daily. The room has a large balcony. For breakfast, they give cheese, butter, ham, cucumbers, fried eggs, juice and coffee. The staff is friendly and helpful. When I first came to the capital of Belarus, Minsk struck me with the cleanliness of the streets, the absence of traffic jams, the silence in the courtyards after 22 hours and, of course, the goodwill of Minsk residents. This is a city that is easy to fall in love with, as if it were a pure and gentle girl. It is worth coming here to relax from our Russian hustle and bustle of the city. And if you have nowhere to stay, I recommend this hotel. It's even very budget-friendly, which won't really hit your pocket, unless, of course, you're a gourmet of a comfortable stay. Half of the rooms are of the middle class with more or less normal repairs. The second half of the rooms of the Soviet era are not renovated, with terrible walls (such wallpaper is nowhere to be found), the floor is old wooden and all worn out, the furniture is also old and worn out. Only some rooms have a kettle and sometimes a fridge. A washing machine with a small drum and one for the whole hotel. There is also one microwave oven per hotel. There is a cafe on the ground floor with lunches (about 12 rubles), and the price tag for the rest of the products is about 2 times higher than in the store. Some rooms have balconies in terrible condition without repair and with handrails below the waist, there is every chance of falling out. The garbage is taken out of the rooms every day, but a full-fledged cleaning with wiping at most once a week and quickly, they don't even pay attention to the cobwebs under the ceiling. Change of linen without a specific schedule, whenever possible.
The only advantage is the standard price. If possible, look for another hotel or, upon check-in, ask to see the condition of the room and its staffing beforehand. The price of the rooms is the same, the condition of the rooms differs significantly

It's not the first time I've stayed in a standard single room on a business trip. The rooms are clean, but there is furniture with peeling coating and other defects, the shower attachment is broken in the bathroom. As the name suggests, the hotel was built in 1985 and carefully preserves the traditions of Soviet hospitality. In any case, the room's furnishings evoke thoughts of that era of minimalism and functionalism. The image is complemented by a touching reproduction of Van Gogh above the bed and Shurochka Azarova's mannequin in the form of a cornet guarding the entrance to a local cafe. In general, if you have a short-term business trip and the task is just to spend the night, then it's not a bad option. For a longer stay, I would still choose something else.

A very nice hotel.
For the first time in Minsk, we searched on the Internet, closer to the center and cheaper.
This is a large brick apartment building converted into hotel rooms. The rooms are cozy, clean, cleaned every day. The rooms are different, from budget to luxury, our room has a very large balcony.
I liked it here more than in Turkey, in terms of service and cleanliness.
There is a small cafe, breakfast and lunch, can be included in the room rate or separately, to choose from.
There is a small parking lot nearby.
I highly recommend it.

Advantageous location. There are parks and Alleys nearby. A calm, quiet place. After a busy day, it will be very suitable. Not far from the center.
In my reviews, I try to write for development, as a note to the management, for good purposes, so that there are even more customers.
Complaints are when they are negative. Recommendations are when they are sincerely for development, for improvement.
Therefore, I ask the management to consider good recommendations:
-replacement (or painting) of wallpaper in front of the elevator,
-carpet cleaning in room 68 (and it is better to replace the carpet with laminate or parquet board),
-replacing a worn-out table with a new one (room # 68),
- gluing new wallpaper,
-installing an air conditioner.
I kindly ask you not to be offended. When carrying out the above activities, your hotel will become even more worthy because the place is quiet!

Not a bad hotel. A good three. The advantages are in the center of Minsk. Victory Square metro station is a 10-minute walk away. If you live from the 8th to the 12th floor and the Windows of your rooms overlook the courtyard, then you have a STEEP view of the city. The rooms have towels and clean linen with blankets.
Of the minuses, for those who have back and neck pain, it is better to at least carry your pillow, because it is difficult to call what they give out a pillow (
And the most important minus is the lack of HAIR DRYERS in the rooms, unless you have a suite, they have. There is a queue for a hairdryer, recording starts in the morning. It is better to buy a small travel hair dryer!

Nice hotel, clean and well maintained. Convenient location, 20 minutes walk to the center of Minsk. The rooms are clean, the linen is fresh. There is a cafe on the ground floor, there are breakfasts. The cost of a double room is quite budgetary, taking into account the location of the hotel. Friendly staff. Two elevators, one is really buggy all the time and reports that you have arrived on the minus 4th floor, then reports that the elevator is overloaded, on the third day you are already used to it. In general, you can live. Apparently, this is a hostel converted into a hotel. All rooms consist of 2 adjacent or 2 separate rooms (we went with the team, were in several). There is a refrigerator, TV, towels, gel and shampoos. Some rooms have carpet, ours had old parquet (straight, rare, warm, comfortable feet). The breakfasts are modest, but, for the unassuming, quite).

We came dancing to the competition in Minsk.
It looks like a decent hotel.
We were settled on the 8th floor. The horror! (Others have chic!!!) There
was no light, no soap, no hair dryer, the parquet could have been changed, the shelf could have been nailed, the wallpaper was torn off, the room stinks, they could have put a glass for a toothbrush, not a plastic bottle, dirty, etc.(EVERYTHING is not cleaned!!!!!!!)
But it's delicious in the dining room. 👍
Other floors are VERY GOOD!!!
I would give 0 stars if I could 🙄😡😾
