The toilet in this institution is a separate topic...Isn't there a toilet for patients in the building??? A toilet located on the street is generally a nightmare...it seems to me that even in the most abandoned village there is no such toilet, with such unsanitary conditions!!! And this is the toilet in the republican center!!!! In my opinion, the toilet has never been cleaned since it was built, there is no urn, garbage is piled up to the ceiling!!!! And it's not even free!!! Is it really impossible to make normal conditions????
The consultant doctor at the reception was supposed to provide advice, but did not do it. As a result, we passed blood tests, but did not receive consultations, although this center took money for it (we received unsubscriptions in a telegram). Shamefully. You are doctors - you take money, but you do not provide help.
Good time of day. I would like to express my gratitude to the medical staff of the transfusiology department, the stem cell and blood bank! Special thanks to the head of the Obidova Mukhaya Makhmudovna! Under her strict guidance, patients receive excellent medical care, the department is very clean and tidy. The medical staff is highly qualified, works smoothly, and pays attention to each patient. The hospital has all the necessary equipment.
We are very satisfied with the accepted treatment, we recommend it to anyone who needs to take ozone therapy or other treatment!
I was at a hematologist's appointment a little over two weeks ago, I want to share my impressions... The reception desk gave a number without problems, but for the staff working on the computer 6-7 minutes to issue a number is a long time. Next is the queue to the office of the hematologist, who has a working day from 8:00, but he came at 8:15 and changed clothes for another 15 minutes... On average, it took him 30-35 minutes of time per patient, also not fast (I was the fourth). When I got to the doctor's office, he looked at the referral and buried his face in the computer, I hope he was listening to me. His first question, after my story, was: will you be able to pay 402,400 soums? I asked, and if I can't, then you won't treat me? He replied: if you can't pay, then I will remove the B12 test (as it turned out, it is the most expensive of all). Of course, I asked: and without B12 analysis, will you be able to make a diagnosis? The answer was yes. Then I asked why add an analysis if it is not particularly important? The doctor replied: so that the examination is complete. Of course, I paid, donated blood, and was told to come back for the result the next day. After sitting in line for two and a half hours (they don't give numbers for the results, there's a live queue), the next day I got to the doctor and his first question was: well, what should I write appointments, will you be able to be treated, otherwise the drugs are expensive? I said, well, you can write cheaper analogues. And the doctor replied: cheap medicines do not help... I clarified: the more expensive the better? The doctor said yes. So draw conclusions. By the way, a doctor's consultation costs 87,500 soums. And when the blood was taken from the vein, there was also a bruise... But the hospital has a big name... I do not recommend it...
Why are the toilets on the street and even paid? With a small sick child, this is quite problematic. Everything is already paid, and you also need to pay for the toilet.
It is not possible to get through, there is no connection with the operator. I decided to go and get the tests without calling, it's good that the results were already ready. I asked the receptionist about the phone number, but as it turned out, they had not yet installed a phone. The information about the phone number on the website is not reliable. It is not very convenient if you live in another area and there is no way to run around the city just like that. When paying at the cash desk, they do not issue a check with a QR code, explaining this by the fact that they do not just have a cash register, but a bank at once and that the bank does not issue cash checks. But the tests are not cheap .
Most of the reviews are irrelevant because the organization moved into this building last year, on September 1st.
Now it is a good building, the wards have a toilet, shower, air conditioner, TV and refrigerator.
Drugs for the treatment of serious patients have appeared, but there remains a problem with the treatment of oncohematological patients - they need a bone marrow transplant for full recovery, and in Uzbekistan they do not do it.
Other hematological diseases, where drugs can be dispensed with, are successfully treated.
Diagnosis is at a high level, diseases are diagnosed well.
Medical staff:
Doctors - there are many good doctors, the main thing is that many of them, by the standards of Tashkent, are penniless. Everything is known in comparison, speaking Uzbek - insof bor.
The doctors are good, knowledgeable, cheerful.
Nurses are cheerful, but ducks do not take out everything for the sick, and it is inconvenient to ask them, so if you put a person who is unable to serve himself, lie down next to him as a caregiver, even if there are no places, the caregivers are allowed to sleep on the floor. The medical staff is generally sincere.
Dining room - now the food is good, not a cafe, but in the morning milk porridge, during the day there are chicken cutlets, pancakes, purees, casseroles, soups with carrot, in the dining room you can get boiling water.
There is no regime as such, after 3 days and until the morning you can chat, listen to songs, you can not smoke, drink too, but you can go out on the balcony and smoke there. No one bothers to go out on business today or before 9 pm. There are delivery services in neighboring pharmacies, restaurants and cafes, as well as few grocery stores nearby.
Be healthy!
I was a little stunned when I went to their website, and there was an announcement about the sale of the site)
I just wonder why they created it at all if they sell it later🤔
A good place here they have everything strictly no acquaintances, all in turn for those in need, the medical staff helps me when I visited them, the medical workers were very polite to you
I will tell you very good specialists of their profile! And all Russian speakers! Which is not a little important now.... there are so many people, but thanks to the doctors for their understanding and patience!
One of the best institutes of hematology and blood transfusion, where a very professional faculty and medical staff work. I had to apply to this institute and where my family and I received a full-fledged answer.
To be honest, this is the last place to go to get tested. The institute is a mess. There is no procedure for receiving visitors, and their analyses are questionable, despite the loud name. Very often there are no reagents. Maybe once it was the best place, but not now.
There are a lot of patients. The lack of parking is very. If you leave the car near the road in strong winds, large branches may fall on the car. And it is necessary to update the equipment.
