I only give 5 to this institution. I will explain why: The staff at this institution is very friendly and kind. (I met them myself, they are sociable and always happy to help). Also, I will not forget that this is still a forest, not a CFS. It is very tasty and satisfying here, which justifies its price tag. Plus, they don't do inflation every month (hello to the LOOK restaurant with their pricing policy). They recently had inflation, which has not been seen since 2022 (if I'm not mistaken). And I understand them perfectly (food costs, taxes, salaries, etc.). Simply put, I have no complaints about them, but I have one suggestion: Please add an unlimited Cola promotion. Обслуживание нормальное, обращаются довольно вежливо. Готовят быстро (+-12 мин). Доставка работает отлично. Но еда так себе, мне не очень понравилось (курочка как будто немного сырая, но остальные закуски вроде норм)

Terrible service, the order was prepared for 40 minutes. We confused the wings from non-sharp to sharp , and when we gave them something to redo , they gave us sharp ones again. Cola was also confused, ordered without sugar, given with sugar.
p.s. the principle of our order is based on the fact that one person with us was a diabetic who absolutely cannot have anything sweet and since he is on insulin he needs to eat for 15 minutes, and the second has a stomach problem with nothing acute.
We returned the sharp wings to them and asked them to redo them, they took our sharp ones, which we tried and gave to another client. Hygiene is at zero. It's a terrible place!

Еда средняя, как по вкусу(суховато), так и по качеству. Про обслуживание не могу ничего сказать. Всегда есть люди, среднее время ожидания составляет 10 минут. Если вам нужно просто пообедать, то рекомендую.

Просторное помещение с интересным дизайном, вкусная и быстрая еда. Единственное персонал как-то вяло работает, на кассе пришлось стоять минут 10 прежде чем приняли заказ(разговаривали там между собой), но приготовили быстро.
