To begin with, one of the conditions for choosing the purchase of goods, namely skirting boards, was the installation by the same office. When we arrived at the showroom, there were no managers happy to help with the selection, everyone was busy or pretended to be busy. At that moment, I should have turned around and left right away, but I was stopped by the fact that the site indicated "there is an installation wizard" I politely asked for advice because I'm not good at it. The manager came up, pointed at the baseboards and said he would give the phone to the master, who would come to the measurement and help with the installation. That evening, Master Pavel arrived, measured everything, and made a list. We agreed that he would install skirting boards and thresholds between laminate and tile in the rooms. With a list of materials that could be purchased in the online store, we made an order, our purchase arrived on time. But the interesting thing began with the installation, the master postponed the meeting 2 times. And now the day of installation has come . As a result, the master did not do the work on a turnkey basis, because it turned out to be the wrong number of plugs, he forgot about the white silicone and most importantly...he ruined the laminate and tile when installing the sills. When we presented a claim to him, he said that he would compensate for the damage and fix the defects. As a result, the master crowbar was missing. Oh, yeah.... the plugs were not ordered without adventures....

The day of delivery came, no one contacted us, I called on my own at 17.00, the girl answered, who could not give an answer to the fact that there was no delivery. She said that I couldn't tell you anything, wait, I asked for the driver's phone number (if I hadn't asked, I wouldn't have been given it), they dictated the number to me, called the driver, he replied: your panels didn't fit in the car, there won't be delivery today, I warned the logisticians about it. Then I called the store again, the same girl did not communicate competently, not professionally! A very unpleasant situation, we waited until the evening on the weekend.
