No PinFL in capital bank is needed as in other banks for foreign citizens. Only check-in from the hotel, passport. You don't even need an Uzbek SIM card if you link it to a Russian number. Don't thank me). But I advise you to arrive by 07.00, just in case, it's worth it.

The department is the largest, but there is such a mess - long queues, although there are coupons, it is not clear who is where and why. The ATM for withdrawing money from the mir card worked one day, the next day the money ran out. Half of the ATMs in front of the office are not functioning.
The bank itself deserves more stars, but there are a lot of people in the branch, everything is very slow.
I had to go to get the card an hour before the opening and be the last to go that day
