Domino's Pizzeria is a place where I always get incredible pleasure from pizza. I am always amazed by their high-quality products, the perfect combination of ingredients and the unsurpassed taste of each dish. It's nice to note that the delivery is always fast and the pizza arrives hot as soon as I take it out of the box. The service is top-notch, the staff is polite and attentive. Never make an online payment at this institution, but rather avoid it.
We ordered pizza on December 24, and the wait was indicated on the website (75 minutes). We agreed with this factor and made an online payment. The waiting time was more than two hours, the services did not work, the shared phone did not work, we did not receive any notifications, SMS and other things, so we decided to go ourselves to clarify the status of our order and make a refusal.
However, the pizzeria itself did not give us a clear answer on the status, except to wait another 20 minutes for them to make pizza on the spot for pickup, we refused, since the evening was already ruined and we no longer wanted pizza. They demanded a refund. And here's a more exciting attraction, do you want a refund? Wait for it! The refund is made within 14 BUSINESS DAYS!!! No one apologized, no one got into the situation, there was no compensation for lost time and frayed nerves, and they weren't even offered, they don't care about your feedback at all.
As a result, a spoiled evening, a bad mood, a hungry pastime, a very long wait for a refund, and vague consultations.
Don't want such problems? Do not contact this institution, you will be healthier.
