I was there once, a Pilates reformer class. I really liked the lesson , the coach , and the atmosphere , but I lowered my rating due to the very small locker room. She ruined the whole experience and didn't buy a subscription because of it. The locker room is so small that it seems that up to 8 lockers are concentrated on one square meter at the same time - and there is not much room to move away, since there are only 3-4 lockers in the whole square. There are a lot of people and it turns out that you cannot approach the locker - you have to wait until someone changes clothes, there is not enough space in the locker itself, everything they push and rub against each other . I consider it a negative experience, I will look for a reformer elsewhere.

It's a good gym, and most of the coaches are friendly and nice to talk to. I liked that we provided for everything, every little thing that might be needed! If you wish, add dumbbells or kettlebells with larger weights.

I like the Volna Club. Small, cozy, only for women. The administrators are friendly. The coaches are just wonderful! The format of classes is interesting and effective (of course, if you regularly attend and study). And yes, there are discounts on season tickets, which is good news.

Beautiful and pleasant studio. But not all coaches are friendly. For example, coach Karina, didn't even say hello in class, just silently sat on the mat and said something to herself in a low voice, she started training only for herself, but not for us)
Inhospitality, coldness, and toxicity were the basics of her training.

The only pleasant thing is the repair) I came to a trial class, I really counted on this studio, I wanted to study, but! The administrator did not meet in any way. I would like to be explained where to take off my shoes on the first visit, escorted to the locker and told what halls and directions there are. I had to ask everything myself, I had a feeling that I was imposing. Due to the fact that the administrator did not explain that it was already possible to enter the hall and take a seat, I was one of the last to enter. Accordingly, the place went to the end of the hall, you couldn't see yourself in the mirror. In general, the air yoga room is small, there are a lot of people, it is uncomfortable to move. The mirrors are positioned so that those who stand on the sides do not see themselves. I was also very surprised that the coach was sitting in the hallway before class with the most detached face, although he also saw that I was confused and did not know where to go))) And as soon as the training started, the instructor puts on a smile from ear to ear and talks very gently, it seemed so hypocritical. In general, alas and ah! And when you look at Instagram, it seems like such a soulful place.
