The staff is very very, very polite. The atmosphere is great. The waiting time is 10-15min maximum. The food is delicious. The interest is good. On the day of the city, there was a free aquagrimm, the children were delighted and happy. In Zhetysu Park, the girl at the checkout is so sweet and kind.

The staff was not attentive, the waitress was stupid on her phone and did not respond to requests. On the third time, she was distracted from the phone and sent to place an order at the checkout. When we arrived, I immediately said that we only had breakfast, we needed scrambled eggs, the waitress brought a huge menu, said scroll through, everything is there. As a result, everything is there except scrambled eggs. As a result, I made the order based on the menu on the website.
The tables are dirty, with a sticky crust of garbage, grease and dirt.
In the women's bathroom, there is some kind of thing hanging in a wooden box, which you have to beat your elbows against, because it is cramped, and the box is large.
The food is average, I can't say it's not delicious, but you shouldn't have high expectations either.
While we were eating, a foreman was working in the cafe, whose dirty suitcase with tools was lying on the table. When the master left, no one wiped the table.
Bottom line: I strongly do not recommend it.

This is the best SF very tasty cooking. And there is a menu for children. The hall is always clean. The staff is very friendly. Kebabs are a bomb.
