An institution with its own price tag is definitely not worth the money. The service is lame, the food is at the level of an ordinary cafe, and then they cook better in ordinary ones. We ordered a set of meat dishes, there were cutlets with cheese and just cutlets with a smell, rather they tried to slip leftovers from New Year's corporate parties. They barely replaced it, everyone tried to prove that our taste was wrong, but everything was cool with them. The prices on the menu did not match the receipt, again, instead of apologies, we did not have time to change and like this is the norm. There is no choice in alcohol, they do not allow their own, but they sell ordinary local vodkas 3 times more expensive (it would be fine to cheat 30-40%, but 200% is fine at all), the Absolute generally costs $ 100 there (which is usually $ 20 in duty free). The staff is sleepy, the managers scurry back and forth with an important look, but it doesn't help. I strongly do not recommend going there! In Ferghana, of course, I'm straining with good places, but this is the worst choice!

I'm visiting Ferghana, I travel a lot, and I eat steaks everywhere, I ordered a steak here, everything is as usual.. they brought a "steak" but more like a piece of rubber.
